The journey: What you’ll discover

Week One: reconnecting to your primary purpose

“Love is a state of being. Your love is not outside you, it is deep within you. You can never lose it, and it cannot leave you. It is not dependent on some other body, some external form”. - Eckhart Tolle

  • Module One is about reconnecting to your true purpose—the one that has nothing to do with getting things done, being of value or your achievements. I’ll explain the difference between your primary and secondary purpose, and why chasing happiness, worth, and value through external things is what keeps so many people stuck in cycles of confusion and suffering.

  • By the end of this module, you’ll have mindset tools and a simple practice to help you shift out of your head and into your heart, your body, and the now—the place where real inner peace lives.

Week TWO: the universe is always supporting you- Developing faith + trust

“The primary purpose of all life is to close the gap of separation between ourselves and the Universe.” -Sarah Prout.

  • Module Two is about building trust—trust in the universe, trust in life, and trust in your own experience.
    You’ll explore how to create a real sense of safety by developing an intimate, grounded relationship with reality. This is a key spiritual skill that helps you move beyond fear, skepticism, and the need to control, into a more open, steady, and skillful way of living.

  • You’ll practice exercises that help you see, feel, and trust the quiet magic and support that’s already available to you in your everyday life.

Week THREE: Transmute internal suffering into presence, compassion, and inner-peace

  • Module Three is about getting to the root of your suffering—and learning how to move through it with clarity and compassion. We go deep here. You’ll explore how to transcend the thoughts, emotions, and situations that pull you into personal suffering, and you’ll build real, practical skills to help you stay grounded and steady—even when you’re anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in your head.

  • This module invites you into a deeper, more loving relationship with yourself—one that’s honest, spacious, and profoundly kind.

 

Week four: Choosing love over fear & living a spiritually aligned life everyday

“Your true nature is love. That’s why every time you leave, it hurts.” -Byron Katie

  • In Module Four, you’ll learn how to clearly tell the difference between love and fear, your heart and your ego, intuition and intrusive thoughts—so you can make decisions that feel true to who you are and who you want to become.

    You’ll learn practical mindset tools to help you get out of your head and back into the present moment—the birthplace of love, peace, and all good things.
