Hello dear ones,

Being resourced is an important and wondrous feeling. When you are resourced, you feel filled up, rejuvenated, invigorated, SAFE. When you're resourced, you have the life force to be available for what’s in your present reality.

When you are under-resourced you feel tired, overwhelmed, resentful, scared, confused.

My concern is that many of us are spiritually under-resourced and drained of our life force. Often this is because we tend to de-prioritize the things that are actually LIFE GIVING, and instead are pushed towards things that are distracting and/or more demanding. You, btw, are not at fault for this. I believe this is the systemic soup we're all just swimming in.

Because I believe in undermining toxic systems (that are ineffective and don't work anyway), I believe one of the most revolutionary acts of love is committing to the things that revitalize our life force. I have seen with my very own eyes 👁👁 that it is 100% possible to live a different, more true and beautiful kind of life when we are filled up, and when you arresourceded. you are able to give more to those who need it.

This means remembering that it's SAFE and important to actively choose, again and again, what makes you feel resourced and full, over what is simply just urgent.

For me, I feel refueled by things like meditation, time alone, being in nature, and play. And even though I am an introvert, a big, undeniable source of life force in my life has been my community. Laughing, crying, being seen and holding space with my people is vital for my emotional and spiritual expansion.

My spiritual community is something I feel deeply grateful for. It’s one of the best feelings in the world knowing that I have people in my life who care as much about their spiritual well-being as much as I do. It reminds me that we’re not meant to do this alone, that we need each other, and that sacred reciprocity is how we create and give, without depleting ourselves. Where alone, we might feel too tired or overwhelmed to undertake something, together we share the load, and thus are stronger and more capable together.

I want more people to live a life in which we always have access to this type of resource, to be able to learn from one another, and to leave our connections feeling refueled, re-charged, and revitalized. We NEED more people in this world to be resourced, so that we can practice this act of sacred reciprocity.
