How to live more from your body, less from the mind

Hello friends,

It's not secret that the mind is often the birthplace of suffering. To say that it's not always an accurate indicator of what's real, true and possible is an understatement. It is the job's brain to be fearful, look out for danger, expect the worst to keep us "safe." It does it's job really well!

Unfortunately, as we know, living primarily from the neck up, which is how many of us live, tends to lead to anxiety, overwhelm, indecision, uncertainty, disconnection yadda yadda yadda.

The body, on the other hand, when grounded, is a great source of wisdom. Your body holds the truth. When you let your body and senses guide you, you can find refuge from the noise and stories in your brain. You can begin to FEEL into what's true for you, to know what you want, to get clarity. I used to be someone who lived primary in my head, and learning to live more from my body has been one of the greatest joys in my life, and honestly, one of the most HELPFUL THINGS EVERRRR.
