Is everything not real?

If you don't already know, Hello Universe is the podcast I run with my dear sister-pal-soulfriend Kyley Caldwell, where we unpack and giggle about all things spirituality in our everyday lives.

Of all the things I get to do in my business, this is definitely one of my favorite, most cherished creations. Every week we get to have deep, thoughtful, fun and heartfelt conversations about all the things we care about most- consciousness, liberation, the mystical, and how to be a loving, joyful human in the midst of it all.

And even though we've been chugging along, recording every week (watch out for our 100th episode celebration coming up soon!) I've done a piss-poor job of sharing with you the magic of the podcast, which has got to change, because the show is just too damn good not to share.

Which is why I want to share with you this week's episode Is Everything Not Real? because it's one of those trippy, existential conversations that explores the nature of reality, which is literally my FAVORITE kind of conversation to have. Lol πŸ˜›πŸ˜‚πŸ‘πŸ˜Ž

In it, Kyley revisits the magic of her mushroomless mushroom trip. I help to unpack the chaos that broke her brain, and she helps me develop a deeper understanding of, and even an appreciation for, chaos.

A sampling of what we discuss in this week's episode:

  • Wtf is reality, and how do we grapple with an awareness that we actually do not exist?

  • Understanding paradox as the energy of life and expansion, versus binary as the energy of control and death

  • How our efforts to avoid being bad or monstrous exhaust and deplete us

  • The danger of putting Presence on a pedestal

  • Chaos has a bad f-cking rap and why it’s e-v-r-y-t-h-i-n-g

If you too love exploratory, trippy convos and you'd like to listen along as I walk Kyley through an existential crisis, you can listen to the whole episode here or wherever you get your podcasts.

NO. 97 EVERYTHING IS NOT REAL? KYLEY’S EXISTENTIAL CRISIS

Eva
