Let’s start with you:

You’re a curious seeker, drawn to spirituality and the deeper nature of all things. You long for a greater sense of connection to yourSelf, to others and to Source. You want to prioritize stillness and self exploration, because deep down, you know that the answers come from within. Something has told you that meditation and slowing down are the keys to greater self-realization.

  • You can’t sit still. Your overactive mind gets distracted and you can’t seem to turn off your brain

  • You struggle slowing down because it always feel like there’s something more important to do, even though you crave rest and relaxation

  • You struggle with overthinking and overwhelm and it’s hard to sit with yourself when you’re restless

  • You don’t know if you’re doing it right. Sometimes you wonder if you’re just wasting your time

  • There are so many approaches and so much information out there that sometimes it’s confusing and overwhelming

  • You feel that you lack self-discipline and wish that you had some accountability

I know exactly where you are right now. I started meditation because I was an uptight, anxious mess, and on a gutteral level, I knew I wouldn’t find what I was looking for until I learned how to quiet my mind, be with the Self, and find freedom from the compulsive habit patterns of my mind.

I stuck with meditation because it brought clarity, joy and empowerment into my life. Now, I continue to meditate because it shows me the truth of who I am, who I BE, and the nature of all things.

Through meditation I have discovered a different way of being. I learned that if I wanted to control my external experiences of life, I first had to learn to control my internal experiences. I knew that if I wanted to live a peaceful, happy, loving life, I first had to be a peaceful, happy, and loving person. Meditation was a critical first step in leading me towards this way of being.

If you are craving this for yourself, you have come to the right place. Understanding how to transcend human suffering comes through first understanding and exploring the Self.

 

This program is for you if:

  • The spiritual seeker within you longs to have more open and in depth conversations around spirituality, awareness, consciousness, ego-disidentification, self trust, stillness and so much more. You’re ready to do some deep internal exploration of the self through self-observation and stillness

  • Want to learn to “control” your thoughts (so they don’t control you!) and have a calmer, more empowered, positive mindset, perspective and attitude

  • You’re tired of self-doubt and self criticism. You want to feel more confident and comfortable in your own skin so you can face challenges from a more easeful, empowered place

  • You want to develop your intuition, more self trust and improve your relationship with yourself so you can be a more decisive, self assured, awakened person

  • You seek liberation and sovereignty- the power to be able to RESPOND to life (rather than react) from inner knowing and Truth, independent of external influence and circumstance

  • You are self motivated and feel confident in your ability to meditate daily (with the help of some accountability and support from me)

  • You enjoy the flexibility of being mentored through Voxer (a voice memo, walkie-talkie app), and don’t need the personalization of a 1:1 coaching container. You’ve tried the apps and the self help books and now it’s time for something more personalized, but more moderate than an in-depth 1:1 coaching program

This program is not for you if:

  • You currently don’t have time to meditate. Meditation is a practice, and like anything else, you need to make time for it to experience the benefits. If you’re currently struggling with basic self care (i.e. not enough sleep, no time to eat properly) or have a million goals and things on your to do list, my advice is actually NOT to add one more thing to your plate. This program is for people who are excited and ready to prioritize stillness in their lives (even with a busy schedule). Otherwise, you run the risk of meditation being another transactional thing in your “morning routine.” If what you really need is sleep or to simplify your life, those are both really great places to start cultivating more quietude!

  • You aren’t self-motivated and struggle to hold yourself accountable

  • You don’t really want to meditate, but you’re forcing it because everyone keeps saying how great it is. This may sound obvious, but your reason for meditating, like anything else, must come from an authentic place within you. YOU must genuinely want it, not because it’s a fad, or because it’s a should. If this practice feels more like a should than a true want, then there’s a good chance it won’t be sustainable

  • You aren’t a fan of voice memos. Since all communication will take place via Voxer, a walkie-talkie app, it’s important you feel comfortable communicating in this way

Watch the 90-minute pre-recorded training. This module covers some of the basics of meditation, then dives deep into the more nuanced and profound parts of meditation that will help you cultivate a meaningful practice

Step Two

Begin your daily practice with the provided guided meditations, as well as basic instruction from me via Voxer.

Step Three

Connect via Voxer! Ask me anything, share takeaways and get on-going guidance throughout the month as you cultivate your practice. Mentorship via Voxer is incredibly personalized and intimate, as we explore spiritual takeaways that you can integrate into your everyday life. This is a high-touch program, which means you get the support and community you need, when you need it. Clients often check in with me daily as a form of accountability.

FAQ

What kind of meditation practice is this program based on?

If you have a technique you like, we'll stick with what already works. I have a background in transcendental and Vipassana/insight meditation, and this is what I will recommend if you do not have a preferred style of meditation.

How much time will this program require?

Enough time for you to intentionally sit and reflect daily, anywhere from 10-40 mins. This is ultimately up to you.
