The Hello Universe Podcast hit 100 episodes last week!!! My co-host and soul sis Kyley and I could not be more proud or grateful for the opportunity to foster this AWESOME creation that we both cherish so much.
It's amazing to us we've made it to 100 episodes. We truly had NO idea what we were doing when we first started the podcast. All we knew was that we wanted to foster more meaningful conversations about the mystery of life, and our ethos was to have fun and let it be easeful. That has carried us through and we have learned so much in the process.
If you have a passion project you want to start but don't know how or feel overwhelmed, I suggest you check out our 100th episode. Kyley and I talk about how we started and share some practical but meaningful tips on how to create something gratifying and sustainable.

We deliberated for quite some time, as we've had SO many meaningful, beautiful conversations with some incredible guests, so narrowing it down was freaking hard!
In the end, we picked conversations that have stayed with us the most. The episodes below opened our hearts, made us laugh joyfully, or shifted our consciousness/perspective in a way that continues to reverberate in our lives to this day.
